  • Support continuous improvement efforts focused on productivity, throughput, and machine utilization.
  • Perform routine preventative maintenance and basic machine care.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Assist with additional production-related duties as needed.

A well-established precision manufacturer is seeking a CNC Programmer / Machine Operator to support production operations within a highly technical machining environment. This role combines programming and machine operation responsibilities, requiring an individual who can efficiently manage machine schedules, develop programs, prepare tooling and materials, and ensure parts meet quality and dimensional specifications.

The ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing setting, takes pride in producing quality work, and is committed to maximizing machine uptime, productivity, and efficiency.

Mold Making or Mold Repair Experience Preferred but not necessary.

  • Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and production documentation.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Interest in learning new technologies and manufacturing methods.
  • Willingness to work additional hours when production demands require.
