Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience as a technical/on-the-job trainer.
• Experience creating training materials and delivering technical training programs.
• Ability to work overtime and lift 25 lbs. unassisted.

Responsibilities

• Create course materials focused on CNC machining.
• Lead training modules for Production & Engineering teams.
• Assess and evaluate student performance through practical tests.
