Responsibilities

• Oversee the CNC vertical and Swiss lathe departments.
• Supervise and coordinate machinists and operators.
• Monitor production schedules to ensure on-time delivery.
• Troubleshoot machine, tooling and process issues.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance activities.
• Review and implement process improvements.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide training.
