Qualifications

• CNC machining experience on vertical and Swiss lathes.
• Strong knowledge of CNC programming, tooling, and processes.
• Understanding of speeds, feeds, tooling selection, and fixturing.
• Ability to read blueprints, GD&T, and engineering specifications.
• Supervisory and leadership experience.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing is a plus.
• High school diploma; technical training or certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee CNC vertical and Swiss Lathe departments and supervise machinists.
• Coordinate production schedules to ensure on-time delivery.
• Troubleshoot machining, tooling, and process issues.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance activities.
• Review and implement process improvements.
• Conduct performance evaluations and training.
• Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
