Job summary

CPV, located in Kennett Square, PA, is seeking skilled machinists to setup and operate CNC machines, read blueprints, and maintain quality and safety standards. The role involves inspecting parts, measuring with precision tools, deburring, and keeping machines properly maintained in a controlled environment.

Training on first shift is available before moving to the second shift, and the site offers a 4-day work week with comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision, 401k, and tuition

Qualifications

• Read blueprints and understand tolerances.
• Operate CNC machines and monitor their performance to meet specs.
• Inspect parts and adjust processes to ensure quality requirements.
• Measure parts using micrometers, gauges, calipers, or rulers.
• Deburr and wash parts as needed.
• Maintain, clean, and lubricate machines according to procedures.
• Follow OSHA and company safety rules and maintain a safe workspace.
• Perform other appropriate duties as assigned.
