CPV in Kennett Square, PA, is hiring a Machine Operator to set up and operate CNC machines for machined parts. The role requires reading blueprints, inspecting parts, and recording operational data in a clean, temperature-controlled environment.

Work hours are Monday through Friday 6:30am - 3:15pm with occasional Saturdays. You will measure parts with micrometers, calipers, and gauges to ensure tolerances are met, perform deburring and washing as needed, and maintain tools and equipment.

Machine Operator

Located in Kennett Square, PA, CPV is an industrial valve manufacturer looking for individuals to join our growing company. This position produces machined parts by setting up and operating a computer numerical control (CNC) machine, maintains quality and safety standards, keeps records, and maintains equipment and supplies. We have a clean, temperature-controlled environment with working hours of Monday through Friday 6:30am - 3:15pm, plus occasional Saturdays.

• Read and understand blueprints
• Ability to operate various CNC machines including starting machines, monitoring their operations, and recording operational data
• Inspect parts and make adjustments as necessary to meet quality requirements
• Measure completed work pieces to verify conformance to specifications using micrometers, gauges, calipers or rulers
• Deburr and wash parts as needed
• Maintain, clean, and lubricate machines
• Comply with all OSHA and company safety rules
• Maintain a safe and clean workspace
• Perform other appropriate duties as assigned

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:
