Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking a Production Supervisor in Milwaukee to lead a frontline manufacturing team in a fully onsite role. The position emphasizes strong machining knowledge, problem solving, and leadership to guide a represented workforce and meet safety, quality, delivery, inventory, and productivity goals.

You will coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, Materials, and Engineering to resolve downtime and drive throughput, while developing talent for long-term site stability and performance.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience in engineering/operations/manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead hourly operators in a represented (union) environment, ensuring safe, efficient production.
• Oversee daily machining and assembly operations to meet SQDIP targets and standard work.
• Support first-piece approvals, dimensional checks, and disposition of non-conforming material.
• Drive continuous improvement in machining efficiency, scrap reduction, and changeover time.
• Lead daily tier meetings and communicate staffing and risk updates to site leadership.
