Qualifications

• 2 years in a mechanical, maintenance or machining trade school or equivalent Associate’s Degree or 3 years of experience in a heavy-duty machining environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC HELLER machining centers with Siemens 840 D Controllers.
• Study machining instructions, routings, control plans, job orders and blueprints to determine specifications and tooling.
• Select tools and materials for cubic engine components preparation.
• Set up, adjust and operate basic machine tools for precision machining operations.
• Check and adjust measuring instruments per quality control plans.
