The role requires deep CNC experience, leadership capabilities, and a hands-on approach to continuous improvement in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of CNC machining experience and machine shop mathematics.
• 4+ years of experience with precision grinding.
• 1+ years of experience training and mentoring team members in a machining environment.
• Knowledge of various machining measuring and inspection tools, gauges and dial calipers.
• Ability to read part drawings.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for questions and troubleshooting related to the machining process.
• Train, lead, mentor, and motivate the machining team.
• Assure manufacturing and quality control programs are followed to meet quality standards.
• Be the go-to expert for all machining questions and troubleshooting.
