Job summary

SIG SAUER, Inc. in New Hampshire seeks a Supervisor, Machining to lead a CNC milling/turning team, coach members, assign tasks, and ensure quality and safety across shifts. Qualifications

• 5-8 years of related manufacturing experience with 1-2 years in a leadership role.
• Direct machining experience in CNC Milling or CNC Turning preferred.
• Understanding of GD&T and inspection practices.

Responsibilities

• Supervise 30+ direct employees including setup staff in CNC machining.
• Lead shift operations and ensure timely production scheduling.
• Train and develop team members and manage performance.
• Monitor payroll, timekeeping and adherence to policies.
• Collaborate with HR and cross-functional teams to address needs.
• Maintain safety and ISO procedures and promote 5S standards.
