Job summary

SIG SAUER, Inc. in Exeter, NH, is seeking a CNC Service Technician I on 1st shift to maintain CNC mills, lathes, and related equipment.

You will diagnose, repair, and prevent downtime, working closely with the Machine Maintenance Manager to support production. You must have 5–7 years of CNC maintenance experience, a high school diploma, and strong knowledge of Fanuc/Siemens controls, electrical troubleshooting, and reading mechanical drawings.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of CNC equipment maintenance experience.
• Strong ability to read mechanical drawings and part prints.
• Proficiency with Fanuc and Siemens controls; electrical/electronic troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, replace/repair, predict, and prevent potential equipment failures to minimize downtime.
• Perform preventative maintenance and help develop the PM program.
• Install/repair hydraulic, coolant, or air systems related to the machine.
• Troubleshoot mechanical components and read ladder/wiring diagrams.
