You will mentor technicians, troubleshoot processes, and coordinate with supervisors to ensure smooth daily operations and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma and 3+ years' machining experience.
• 2-5 years setup experience preferred.
• Strong safety commitment and safety-first culture.
• Strong leadership skills to inspire teams.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes, scheduling and quality control.
• Proficiency with MS Office and manufacturing software.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines and manage production flow.
• Provide hands-on machining and leadership to the team.
