Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide ownership and leadership in CAD/CAM and CNC program management, including SOPs.
• Troubleshoot CNC processes and optimize toolpaths and cutting parameters.
• Analyze machine performance data to identify improvements and support NPI projects.
• Train and mentor technicians and programmers on CNC practices and project work.
• Support production readiness and deployment of new CNC technologies and automation.
