Lincotek Group in Ohio is seeking an experienced CNC operator to run multi-axis milling machines and lathes, machining metallic and nonmetallic parts. You will set up machines, adjust offsets, read blueprints, verify against specifications, and monitor tooling wear to ensure part quality.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school, or at least one-year related experience and/or training.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, routers and inspections procedures.
• Knowledge of G and M code programming and CNC operation.

Responsabilités

• Loads material in machine. Starts machine and observes cutting operation.
• Makes offsets independently to finish the set-up process.
• Sets up and replaces tools without supervision.
• Recognizes tool wear before dimensions are affected.
• Ability to make basic changes to programs on machines.
• Monitors tooling usage for maximum cost effectiveness.
• Responsible for the accuracy and quality of the part.
• Authorized to stop processes to ensure quality.
• Works overtime as required.
