M&H Valve Company is seeking a highly capable Supervisor for its Machine Shop to lead a team operating CNC and conventional machines. The role focuses on safe, efficient production while upholding quality standards across shifts.

The ideal candidate will have CNC proficiency, Excel skills, and prior leadership experience, with a technical degree preferred and a minimum 18 years of age. This on-site position emphasizes safety and teamwork within a McWane, Inc. affiliated environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field preferred; high school diploma/GED required.
• Proficiency in CNC operations required.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel preferred.
• Leadership experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsabilités

• Supervises and coordinates activities of team members in the Machine Shop.
• Oversees day-to-day production functions and ensures safety.
• Interprets specifications, blueprints, and job orders to workers.
• Maintains production records and scheduling to meet deadlines.
• Communicates safety standards and ensures PPE use.
