Job summary

Dauch Corporation is seeking an experienced USA-CNC Machine Operator to join our production team. You will machine components, verify first pieces, and oversee ongoing quality checks with gauges to ensure tolerance and specifications are met across batches.

You will document measurements and assist with preventative maintenance. Ideal candidates have machinist and CNC experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a cooperative, fast-paced environment with some shift

Qualifications

• Experience as a Machinist (Preferred).
• CNC Machining Experience (Preferred).
• Strong attention to detail in repetitive machine operations.
• Comfortable working in a cooperative, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Obtain raw materials and place at the machining station.
• Run first piece and verify specifications with supervisor or quality.
• Operate machines and continually verify part quality.
• Use gauges to ensure tolerances are met.
• Make adjustments to keep parts within spec.
• Complete SPC charts and attribute checks.
• Pack finished products and document materials.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance on machines.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area.
