Job summary

Dauch Corporation seeks a CNC Operator to operate CNC equipment performing turning, boring, facing, and related tasks on powder metal products. You will verify gauges, prepare machines, load parts, monitor operations, and perform quality checks per the control plan.

Responsibilities include tool changes, tool-life recording, data entry in Plex or similar systems, and maintaining a safe, productive workplace while coordinating with teammates across shifts.

Qualifications

• Review control plan and process instructions for the current part.
• Perform gauges checks and verify accuracy using masters/standards.
• Load parts and operate CNC machinery following procedures.
• Record production and quality data in Plex or current system.

Responsibilities

• Set up machines and start operation; load parts into automation when applicable.
• Perform quality checks and record tool life and features per plan.
• Change cutting tools at intervals as per control plan.
• Document production and scrap; maintain clean machinery and area.
• Report safety issues and assist team as needed.
