Dauch Corporation in Detroit, MI is seeking an experienced USA-CNC Machine Operator to machine components and support quality control. You will work with a team to ensure parts meet all specifications, perform first piece checks, and document measurements throughout production.

The role emphasizes ownership, safety, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. Prior CNC experience and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience as a machinist (preferred).
• CNC machining experience (preferred).
• Ability to interpret specifications and drawings, and blueprints.

Responsabilités

• Obtain raw materials and prepare machining station.
• Run first piece and obtain confirmation before batch.
• Operate machines to produce batches meeting specifications.
• Use gauges to verify tolerances and adjust as needed.
• Complete SPC/attribute charts and documentation.
• Pack finished products and tag materials.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance on machines.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow safety rules.
• Contribute to a cooperative, fast-paced team environment.
