• Select and install proper tooling and set up machining operations.
• Calculate feeds and speeds for various materials.
• Document production and quality logs.
• Maintain equipment and perform preventive maintenance.
• Support continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to quality systems and procedures.
• Coordinate information across shifts through clear documentation.
