Weasler Engineering in Wisconsin is seeking a CNC operator to set up and run a variety of CNC machines. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to follow drawings and specifications.

1st shift from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., starting pay $22.95 per hour, plus a comprehensive benefits package including 401(k), health and savings accounts. Join a team that values safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Set-up and operate a variety of CNC machinery.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in a fast pace manufacturing setting.
• Work from drawings or specifications, bills of material, or manufacturing orders.
• Knowledge and use of hand tools.
• Process all necessary documentation and paperwork for processes completed.
• Follow all clean up and housekeeping procedures.
• Comply with all quality and safety regulations.
