Minnkota Windows is seeking a CNC Machine Operator in West Fargo, ND. You will operate CNC equipment, load profiles, monitor performance, and inspect first pieces and production cuts to ensure accuracy according to specifications.

Responsibilities include minimizing scrap, following safety procedures, and collaborating with Production, Maintenance, and Quality teams to maintain efficient workflows. This position offers a full benefits package and requires adherence to training requirements.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience operating CNC equipment or similar machinery preferred but not required.
• Ability to read and follow work orders, safety procedures, and quality standards.

Responsabilidades

• Operate CNC equipment safely and efficiently per work orders and training.
• Monitor machine performance and perform quality inspections to meet specifications.
• Minimize scrap and ensure production goals are achieved.
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe work area.
• Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality and other teams as needed.
