Job summary

Minnkota Windows in West Fargo, ND is seeking a CNC Machine Operator to safely and efficiently run CNC equipment for fabricating vinyl profiles, ensuring profiles are cut to specification. You will verify work orders, load vinyl profiles, monitor machine performance, perform quality inspections, and minimize scrap while maintaining production pace.

The shift is Monday through Thursday, 6:00 am to 4:30 pm with OT as required; compensation is $24.00–$27.00+ per hour DOE, plus a full benefits

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in manufacturing, production, fabrication, machining, or related hands-on work preferred.
• Experience operating CNC equipment, automated saws, or other computer-controlled production equipment preferred but not required.

• Safe operation of the assigned equipment after completing required training and qualification.
