Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is a leading manufacturer of exterior building products in North America. The role offers a base pay of $18.00–$19.00 per hour and involves loading material, operating CNC equipment, and inspecting workmanship in a production setting.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, basic Microsoft knowledge, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Overtime and teamwork are expected in a fast-paced environment with strong safety emphasis.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Previous experience in a related area is preferred.
• Basic Microsoft knowledge is required.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC-controlled machines such as presses, lasers, and rolling mills.
• Load material, measure, cut parts to length, and inspect for defects.
• Provide cost-saving ideas to improve productivity and reduce waste.
• Be willing to work overtime and follow safety/quality standards.
• Read a tape measure and follow posted schedules; learn additional tasks as needed.
