Qualifications

• Basic reading of safety rules, manuals and part prints.
• Ability to read and interpret documents including part prints and process documentation.

Responsibilities

• Use metrology to validate quality on all machined components.
• Run machines efficiently based on daily standard work.
• Check parts through company systems with high attention to detail.
• Utilize machine monitoring software.
• Set up and verify inserts and offsets to target dimensions.
• Read prints with minimal help.
• Maintain coolant concentration and lines for tool life.
• Perform machine maintenance and reset alarms.
• Comply with safety standards and procedures.
