Job summary

SilencerCo in West Valley City, UT is seeking a Flow Cell Operator. This full-time role offers day shift hours (6:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Mon-Thu) with pay DOE, entry level starting at $20.00 per hour. Training available for eligible applicants and room for growth in manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities include metrology-based quality validation, machine operation, parts inspection, and maintaining tools and coolant systems. Overtime and weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, part prints, and process docs.
• Understand coordinate planes and how to make offsets.

Responsibilities

• Validate quality on machined components using metrology.
• Operate machines efficiently per daily standard work.
• Check parts in company systems with high attention to detail.
• Use machine monitoring software.
• Set up material stick out and coolant lines to maximize tool life.
• Read prints and calculate parts per bar with minimal variation.
• Maintain a 5S, high-performance worksite.
