Job summary

CNC Manufacturing Inc is seeking a CNC Machine Operator for its Coatesville, PA facility. The role involves reading blueprints, setting up CNC equipment, and performing program-driven operations. Training is provided and wages scale by experience.

Beginners start in the $20–$25/hr range, with mid-level earners in the $26–$30/hr band and advanced operators earning $32+/hr based on skill and performance. This is a first-shift, on-site opportunity offering benefits and stability.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints and job instructions.
• Set up and operate CNC machines, adjusting offsets as needed.
• Modify tooling for job use and ensure correct offsets are applied.
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe work area in compliance with ISO standards.
• Conduct basic SPC measurements and document results.
• Assist with routine machine maintenance and tooling changes.

CNC Manufacturing is an industry leading expert in the precision machining of performance critical parts in diverse industries including aerospace, defense, and medical. The 37,000 sq. ft. climate-controlled facility in Coatesville, PA features some of the industry’s most technologically advanced machining and quality control equipment. CNC Manufacturing celebrates the diversity and expertise of its team members and proudly employs several armed services veterans. We currently have openings on first shift. We are looking for both entry level and skilled candidates.

Training will be provided. Base hourly wage rate depends on experience and skill level.

• Beginner - $20-$25/hr.
• Intermediate - $26-30/hr.
• Advanced - $32+/hr.

A CNC Machine Operator will know or be taught:

• Read and understand blueprints and job instructions
• Understand raw stock identification and preparation
• Run jobs as programmed with the ability to change/adjust machine offsets
• Modify tooling for job use
• Understand safe positions, absolute-machine-relative coordinates
• Understand X+/-, Y+/-, C+/- and B+/-
• Perform SPC (Statistical Process Control) measurements
• Perform basic maintenance on machine and fixtures
• Maintain a clean, organized, & safe work area; comply with all Safety and ISO standards
• Communicate well, follow instructions, and be responsible for personal performance
• Other operator duties as required
