• Previous manufacturing or machine‑operating experience preferred.
• Willing to develop CNC skills; training provided.
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to use precision measuring tools.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines to produce quality parts.
• Load and unload parts and maintain production flow.
• Perform in-process quality checks.
• Use calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other measuring tools.
• Monitor machines and recognize changes that could affect part quality.
• Make basic adjustments as trained and authorized.
• Identify and report tooling, quality, or equipment issues.
• Follow work instructions, quality standards, and safety procedures.
• Keep your work area clean and organized.
