Job Title: CNC Operator III

We are seeking a full-time CNC Operator III to join our team at a stable, well-established small business in Texas. Our company has maintained a perfect record of stability, with no layoffs or pay cuts in 45 years, including during the COVID pandemic.

Our company specializes in engineering, designing, fabricating, and selling safety test equipment for the oil and gas industry, with products sold in over 50 markets worldwide.

Responsibilities:

• Operate mills and lathes, including all HAAS equipment, up to 5-axis operation.
• Utilize measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, rulers, and tape measures accurately.
• Possibly work overtime as needed, primarily during day shifts (Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM).

Qualifications:

• 8-10 years of relevant experience; more experience may lead to higher starting pay and greater growth opportunities.
• Familiarity with G-Code and M-Code is highly advantageous.
• Ability to work with precision measuring tools.
