Job summary

Daifuku Intralogistics America is seeking a Machine Operator to run CNC equipment and build rollers. You will measure, set up, and operate tools to manufacture a high volume of parts while following QA procedures.

Responsibilities include detecting defects, maintaining clean work areas, and performing preventative maintenance. A HS diploma and 1 year of related experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of related experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and measure parts with a tape measure.
• Ability to read, write and understand English.
• Basic math and precision measurement skills.
• Knowledge of QA and self-inspection techniques.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and a team player.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines to cut and build rollers.
• Measure and set up machines for high-volume part production.
• Perform mold press and machine shop operations to support assembly.
• Detect defective materials and report to supervisor.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow safety procedures.
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment.
