Schedule

7:00 am – 3:30 p.m. Monday through Friday

1st and 3rd shifts

Must be available for overtime and some weekends.

Overview

This role supports daily CNC machine operators with hands‑on support to the production operations by moving sheet metal, removing finished parts, maintaining a clean safe work environment and ensuring proper disposal of scrap and waste materials.

Responsibilities

• Follow regulations and safety standards
• Adhere to all safety protocols, wear PPE, and identify potential hazards
• Attention to details
• Count and stack, wrap finished parts
• Move product by hand, cart, pallet jack, or forklift
• Follow directions and instructions
• Measure, mark, and cut metal sheets using shears, drills, hand tools, mallets, chisel etc.
• Keep work areas, tools, and machinery clean and organized
• Prepare work area for next job

Skills / Requirements

• Material handling moving odd size or oversize products with forklift helpful but not required
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Lift 50-75 lbs, occasionally 100 lbs. Stand, walk, sit, push, pull, bend, twist, squat, reach and perform repetitive hand and finger movements
• Must have reliable transportation and/or ability to get to work on time every day
• Good attendance is mandatory. Need to be flexible & available for overtime
• Work effectively with others in a fast‑paced environment
