Responsibilities

• Use CNC machine to insert hardware in sheet metal.
• Join metal sheets together with spot welding machine.
• Check parts produced for dimensional accuracy.
• Check parts produced for dimensional accuracy.
• Produce the maximum number of parts in minimum time by working efficiently.
• Material handling using forklift or pallet jack, and by hand.
• Count and stack finished parts.
• Deburr parts.
• Monitor quality during production.
• Follow company procedures and safety rules.

11:00PM to7:00AM Sunday Through Thursday

Responsibilities

• Use CNC machine to insert hardware in sheet metal;
• Join metal sheets together with spot welding machine;
• Set up, clean and maintain tooling;
• Check parts produced for dimensional accuracy;
• Produce the maximum number of parts in minimum time by working efficiently;
• Material handling using forklift or pallet jack, and by hand;
• Count and stack finished parts;
• Deburr parts;
• Monitor quality during production;
• Other tasks as required;
• Follow company procedures and safety rules.

Requirements

• Be comfortable using a computer to operate equipment;
• Have excellent attendance and dependability;
• Be able to communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers as needed;
• Be able to lift up to 75 lbs;
• Be able to follow written and verbal instructions.

Preferred Skills

• Have experience setting up and operating CNC manufacturing equipment;
• Be able to read basic blueprints;
• Be able to use calipers and other precision measuring tools.
