Job summary

Sumitomo Electric Carbide Manufacturing in New Berlin, WI, is seeking CNC Machine Operators for all shifts. You will operate CNC machines, adjust offsets, read drawings, and ensure parts meet tight tolerances.

Experience with Walter, Waida, Wire EDM, Fanuc, Sodick, or ANCA is a plus. They offer Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance, Paid Vacation and Holidays, 401(k) Match, disability and life insurance, shift premiums, and more.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic math, logical reasoning, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds.
• Ability to communicate effectively and follow directions.
• Experience with G&M Code is a plus but not required.
• Candidates with previous experience operation CNC grinding equipment (Walter, Waida, Wire EDM, Fanuc, Sodick, ANCA) is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

Sumitomo Electric Carbide Manufacturing specializes in the manufacturing of high-performance carbide cutting tools. We are looking for CNC Machine Operators to join our growing team.

Any experience working with Walter, Waida, Wire EDM, Fanuc, Sodick, or ANCA is a plus!

Job Duties:

• Operate CNC machines and make offset adjustments
• Learn how to setup CNC machines
