Job summary

Kelly Services is recruiting for experienced CNC Machine Operators to work at a leading aerospace company in Midland, GA. This temp-to-hire opportunity offers $20-$21 per hour depending on experience with weekly pay and a clear path to permanent employment.

Shifts include 2nd shift: 4pm-2:30am and weekend shift: Fri-Sun, 6:30am-7pm with a scheduled 36 hours/week paid as 40 hours if you work all three full shifts. You will set up, operate, and inspect CNC machines and read blueprints.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• U.S. Citizenship required due to government contracts.
• 5+ years CNC machine operation experience.
• Ability to read and follow written work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and/or tend CNC machines.
• Read work orders or blueprints to determine tolerances and sequences.
• Measure and inspect machined parts to ensure conformance to specs.
• Perform periodic preventive maintenance checks and minor repairs.
