Production Castings, Inc. is seeking dependable CNC Machine Operators for our 2nd shift in Missouri. This position offers a 4-day workweek (Monday–Thursday), competitive pay based on experience, and a 2nd-shift differential.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred.
• CNC experience is a plus, but we’re willing to develop the right person.
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to use or learn precision measuring tools.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines to produce quality parts.
• Load and unload parts and maintain production flow.
• Perform in-process quality checks.
• Use calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other measuring tools.
• Monitor machines and recognize changes that could affect part quality.
• Make basic adjustments as trained and authorized.
• Identify and report tooling, quality, or equipment issues.
• Follow work instructions, quality standards, and safety procedures.
• Keep your work area clean and organized.
