Job summary

Production Castings, Inc. is hiring 2nd Shift Machine Operators at our facility in Fenton, Missouri. You’ll work four 10‑hour shifts, Monday through Thursday, earning $19.50–$24.00 per hour with weekly pay and full benefits for eligible employees.

Training is provided, previous die casting experience is not required, and you’ll join a safety‑driven team dedicated to quality. Your duties include operating trim presses, Wheelabrator, and burnishing equipment, loading/unloading parts, inspecting

Qualifications

• Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to follow work instructions and quality standards.
• Previous manufacturing experience is helpful, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment, including trim presses, Wheelabrator, and burnishing equipment.
• Load and unload parts and monitor equipment throughout the production process.
• Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards and customer specifications.
• Perform routine equipment checks, cleaning, and basic preventive maintenance.
• Identify and report equipment, quality, or production concerns.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow established work instructions, quality standards, and safety procedures.
• Work with your team to meet daily production and quality goals.
