Job summary

Production Castings, Inc. is hiring 2nd Shift Machine Operators at our manufacturing facility in Fenton, Missouri. The role offers four 10-hour shifts from Monday through Thursday, with a 3-day weekend every week and competitive pay.

Training is provided on the job, and prior die casting experience is not required. You will operate equipment, inspect parts, and help meet daily production goals as part of a safety‑driven team.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment, including trim presses and Wheelabrator.
• Load and unload parts and monitor equipment through production.
• Inspect finished parts to meet quality standards and customer specs.
• Perform routine equipment checks, cleaning, and preventive maintenance.
• Identify and report equipment, quality, or production concerns.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow established work instructions, quality standards, and safety procedures.
• Work with team to meet daily production and quality goals.

Production Castings, Inc. is hiring 2nd Shift Machine Operators at our manufacturing facility in Fenton, Missouri.

Work four 10-hour shifts, Monday through Thursday, and enjoy a 3-day weekend every week.

If you're dependable, mechanically inclined, and ready to learn, we'd like to hear from you. Previous die casting experience is not required. We provide hands‑on training and an opportunity to build valuable manufacturing skills while earning competitive pay.

Monday–Thursday | 3:30 PM–2:00 AM

What You'll Do

• Operate production equipment, including trim presses, Wheelabrator, and burnishing equipment.
• Load and unload parts and monitor equipment throughout the production process.
• Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards and customer specifications.
• Perform routine equipment checks, cleaning, and basic preventive maintenance.
• Identify and report equipment, quality, or production concerns.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow established work instructions, quality standards, and safety procedures.
• Work with your team to meet daily production and quality goals.
