Job summary

Plastic Ingenuity is hiring an Entry-Level Tooling Machinist in Wisconsin to join a hands-on manufacturing environment. You will work with seasoned machinists to sharpen tooling, perform drilling, milling, turning, and CNC tasks, and help build and repair molds for production.

You will learn CNC setup and basic programming, read blueprints, and maintain quality and safety in daily operations while collaborating with tooling, engineering, and production teams.

Responsibilities

• Learn sharpening and maintenance of tooling components with precision grinding equipment.
• Assist machining operations including drilling, milling, turning, and CNC machining.

• Read prints, measurements, and specifications.
• Maintain quality standards and follow safe work practices.

What You'll Do

As an Entry-Level Tooling Machinist, you'll work alongside experienced machinists and toolmakers while developing valuable technical skills.
