Adecco Staffing is partnering with a NH manufacturer in Laconia to hire 2nd and 3rd shift Machine Operators. The role involves setting up tooling and CNC equipment to produce parts to precise specifications, and maintaining quality and safety standards on the shop floor.

Pay is $20.00-$28.00 per hour, with benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, a 401K plan, and paid leave where applicable. Equal opportunity employer.

Competenze

• Set-up tooling, fixturing and machinery in CNC and operate CNC machinery to perform machining operations on metal parts to spec.
• Maintain quality and safety standards, housekeeping, process integrity, and calibration of measuring equipment.
• Monitor machinery and tools to ensure safe, correct and optimum performance, maintaining professional conduct.

• Maintain quality and safety standards and proper housekeeping.
• Receive job assignment and communicate with previous operator at shift start.
• Install preset jobs and setup tooling, fixturing and machinery as needed.
• Perform pre-start checks to ensure safe operation of equipment.
• Verify papers and program details against prints and specs.
• Run first-piece checks and sign off on work orders.
• Efficiently run jobs per work instructions and order sequence.
• Clock in/out for the work order and sequence.
• Conduct quality audits to ensure product meets specifications.
• Deburr parts per instructions and print.
• Change worn or broken tooling as needed.
• Perform presetter or palletizer duties when required.
• Fill in for lead operator or technician as needed.
