CoWorx Staffing Services is seeking CNC Machine Operators to join our team in Claremont, NH. This role supports 2nd and 3rd shifts in a clean, growth-focused facility that values internal development.

You will interpret blueprints, set up basic tooling, and monitor production to ensure dimensions and tolerances are met with care for safety and quality. 18+ with HS diploma or GED required, and prior machining experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Previous related experience preferred.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions.
• Teamwork, reliability and safety awareness required.

Responsibilities

• Organize work assignments and prioritize tasks.
• Read blueprints and technical specifications to determine material dimensions and production requirements.
• Maintain accuracy in measurements and quality checks.
• Support efficient operations and meet productivity goals.
