Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a CNC operator.
• Working knowledge of Fanuc controls on machines such as the Mori Seki, Okumas, Harding, etc.
• Ability to lift/handle heavy objects frequently.
• Ability to stand for 8 hours.
• Self-motivated and willing to work as a team member to empower yourself and others to succeed.
• Maintain a good attendance record, follow all company safety policies, and keep the work environment clean.

Responsibilities

• Use micrometers and gauges to check work for dimensional accuracy; willing to train.
• Make minor adjustments to maintain tolerances and finish requirements.
• Perform minor tool changes.
• Load, inspect, assemble, and pack parts according to work instructions and quality documentation.
• Fill out required documentation and follow inspection frequencies.
• Be cross-trained on different machines as dictated by business needs.
• Additional duties as directed by the supervisor.
