Grede is seeking a 3rd Shift Cell Lead – CNC Manufacturing in Wisconsin to oversee a CNC production cell and coordinate a small team. You will operate CNC equipment, troubleshoot issues, and ensure quality and safety standards are met.

The role requires CNC machining experience, ability to read blueprints, perform setups, and train operators. It is a 3rd shift position with a competitive benefits package and a $1,000 hiring bonus.

Qualifications

• CNC machining experience required.
• Experience reading blueprints and tolerances.
• Experience with CNC setups, tooling, offsets and fixtures.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to train and direct other operators.
• Dependable with good attendance; able to work 3rd shift.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operation of a CNC production cell.
• Coordinate work activities of cell operators.
• Operate CNC equipment as needed to support production.
• Monitor CNC machines and robotics for efficiency.
• Assist with machine setups, tool changes, and adjustments.
• Troubleshoot machining, tooling, robotics and quality issues.
• Train and support operators on equipment and inspection requirements.
• Read and follow blueprints, specs, and setup instructions.
• Use precision measuring tools to verify parts.
• Maintain safe, clean, organized work area.
