Opti Staffing is Hiring! Position: CNC Machine Operator – CO2 Laser / Horizontal Mill Location: Woodland, WA Pay: $22–$24/hr to start Schedule: Day, Swing & Grave shifts available.

Who We Are:

Opti Staffing is hiring for a manufacturing company in Woodland, WA that is looking for CNC Machine Operators to join their team.

This position will involve operating CNC equipment used to manufacture saw blades.

What You’ll Do:

• Operate CNC equipment, including CO2 laser and horizontal mill machines


• Run CNC controls and monitor machine operations


• Load and unload materials and parts


• Make basic machine adjustments as needed


• Inspect finished parts for quality and accuracy


• Follow production and safety procedures


• Maintain a clean and organized work area
