Job summary

MOHR Talent is seeking a dependable CNC Machine Operator to support a steel fabrication shop in Palmyra, NY. This role involves operating drill-line equipment and assisting with fabrication, material handling, and other shop duties when machine work is unavailable.

The ideal candidate has CNC or fabrication experience, can read measurements with a tape measure, and is comfortable working with heavy structural steel.

Qualifications

• Ability to read measurements and use a tape measure accurately.
• Ability to perform both machine operation and hands-on shop work.
• Comfort working with structural steel and heavy materials.
• Overtime may be available but is not mandatory.
• Experience with Ficep, Peddinghaus, or similar equipment.
• Reading fabrication drawings or shop prints.

Palmyra, NY | $21–$25 per hour | Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:00 PM

About the Opportunity

We are seeking a dependable CNC Machine Operator to support a steel fabrication shop. This position involves operating drill-line equipment and assisting with fabrication, material handling, and other shop duties when machine work is unavailable.

Candidates with CNC, machine operation, or fabrication experience are encouraged to apply. Specific equipment experience is preferred.

Requirements
