What You'll Do:

As a CNC Machine Operator, your responsibilities include:

• Setting up and operating turning machines (Okuma) to produce precision components.
• Reading and interpreting blueprints, stage drawings, and job orders.
• Following SOPs, RAMs, and health & safety rules.
• Handling workpieces with care, using hoists and equipment for loading/unloading.
• Monitoring machine operations to ensure quality standards.
• Inspecting finished parts with measuring instruments like height stands, micrometers, and calipers.

What We're Looking For:

To succeed, you should have:

• Proven experience with CNC lathes, particularly Fanuc or OSP controls.
• At least 2 years of setting up and operating high-tolerance CNC parts.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read blueprints and use precise measuring tools.
• Experience with hand tools and machining equipment.

Physical Requirements:

This active role requires:

• Standing, walking, and tool handling during an 8-hour shift.
• Lifting/moving up to 50 pounds.
• Good vision and manual dexterity for precise tasks.
