The Siemens Industry, Inc. distribution center in Roebuck, SC is seeking a Machine Operator Level 2, to be an integral member of a diverse and dynamic team. This position offers the chance for you to grow, contribute and learn as far as your growth mindset takes you.

Shift Hours: 10pm-6am, Monday-Friday (occasional overtime on Saturdays, if needed)

Hourly Pay: $25.75/hr, plus $1.25 shift differential

Responsibilities

• Work in a team.
• Work directly with or under the direction of a Group Lead and/or Supervisor.
• Read blueprints and spot welds steel & galvanized parts.
• Work with ISO/work standards.
• Complete confirmation documentation via SAP data management system or DMM.
• Clean and maintain equipment and work area to ensure functioning and safe working conditions and wears appropriate PPE.
• Access and utilize various documents, with the use of computers, associated with the manufacture of products in assembly for completion of confirmations (e.g. Quality and Safety Documents, Operating Instructions, etc.)

You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:

Basic Qualifications

• Prior experience / knowledge in automatic saws / one stamp die presses.
• Ability to read blueprints and apply basic shop math, digital literacy, and use of basic mechanical/measuring tools.
• Speak, read, write, and comprehend the English language.
• Work standing for the duration of the shift.
• Reach, grasp, lift 50 lbs, and push/pull/slide heavy material and make coordinated movements of the hands and arms to grasp and move objects.
• Stoop, bend, squat, crawl, and climb.
