Carbide Cell - CNC Machine Operator (PA2) - 5th shift

Join our team as a Carbide Cell CNC Machine Operator on the 5th shift. Your responsibilities will include operating Carbide Cells, loading and unloading machines, adjusting machine parameters, identifying and troubleshooting issues, and maintaining product quality. You will need to be mobile around the machine, understand mechanics, and have basic computer skills. Maintaining a safe, clean, and positive work environment is essential.

Responsibilities

• Set up machines using hand tools and measuring devices.
• Transfer and load files.
• Clean blades and load feed magazines.
• Maintain and clean machines.
• Identify and resolve machine problems.
• Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.
• Inspect products for quality and understand root causes of issues.
• Adjust machine settings to maintain product tolerances.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand and move for 8 hours.
• Good hand dexterity and ability to read and follow instructions.
• Understanding of machines, components, and software navigation.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Proficiency with measuring tools like Dial Indicators and Calipers.
• High school diploma or GED required.
