CNC Machine OperatorsAutomation Personnel Services is seeking experienced CNC Machine Operators for a leading firearm manufacturing facility located in Smyrna, GA. This position is responsible for operating manual and CNC machines to support the production of materials used to make firearms and other related job duties Pay Rate $17.72 per hour Schedule and Hours 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm Mondays through Fridays*Overtime opportunities are available* CNC Machine Operators Duties and Responsibilities• Operate manual and CNC machines, including milling machines, lathes, saws, and other metal-cutting equipment.• Perform quality control inspections using custom measuring equipment (e.g., calipers, gauges) and conduct visual checks to ensure parts meet specifications.• Utilize hand tools such as files and de-burring tools to achieve set specifications.• Identify and report production errors and machine malfunctions to the Manufacturing Supervisor or Area Technical Lead.• Follow standard operating procedures and work instructions to meet quality and production goals.• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, ensuring all safety standards are met.• Additional related job duties as assigned by management. CNC Machine Operators Qualifications and Requirements • High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.• Previous CNC machine operator experience required.• Experience with hand tools.• Organized and able to meet deadlines.• Pay close attention to details.• Will be working as part of a team and independently.• Understand and practice safety policies and procedures.• Drug screening and nationwide background check is required.
