Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour (+ $1.00/hr. shift differential for 2nd shift, $1.25/hr. for 3rd shift).



Shifts Available:

2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM

3rd Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM

Schedule: Monday - Friday



CNC Machine Operator essential tasks:

• Set up and operate multiple machine tools efficiently within standard route time.


• Navigate FANUC controls, including wear and geometry pages, to ensure product conformance.


• Troubleshoot and resolve machine tool issues to maintain production flow.


• Use Renishaw Probing System for simple functions and operate Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM).


• Inspect products using engineering blueprints and various gauging tools, completing First Article Inspections (FAI).


• Enter Statistical Process Control (SPC) data, analyze results, and adjust processes accordingly.


• Maintain 5S standards, perform TPM inspections, and support continuous improvement initiatives like SMED, Kaizen, and fixture design.

Requirements:

• Preferably an associate degree in Machine Tool Technology (MTT), High School Diploma, GED, and evidence of relevant/significant work experience.


• Must have a minimum of 5 years of CNC experience.


• Knowledgeable in basic shop math: Trigonometry, Pythagorean Theorem, etc.


• Ability to interpret and edit CNC programming.


• Must be knowledgeable in GD&T, and understand identifiers (symbols), inspection methods, etc.


• Basic rigging principles, crane operation, crane & hoist inspection, and safe practices
