We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Machine Operator to join our dynamic team in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines to produce high-quality parts according to specifications.
• Proficient in the use of inspecting tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges).
• Set up and operate CNC 4/5-axis vertical/horizontal milling machines.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders.
• Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary to maintain quality standards.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment.
• Inspect finished products for accuracy and adherence to specifications.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, following safety protocols at all times.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and improve efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in machining preferred.
• Proven experience as a CNC Machine Operator or similar role.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical documents and blueprints.
• Strong understanding of CNC machinery and tooling.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with safety standards and practices in a manufacturing environment.
