Job description

Responsibilities:

• Work from shop prints, work orders, and prescribed production procedures to receive stock material, requisition tooling, and program to prepare machine for operation.
• Operate CNC Mill or CNC Lathe.
• Check all fluid levels, grease fittings, and transmission.
• Load programs, insert tooling for touch-off of tooling, and reference points for dry run of first piece.
• Produce first piece with approval or assistance of more experienced personnel for measurement of critical dimensions.
• Check production pieces following quality procedures.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year experience as a CNC Machine Operator in a Manufacturing Shop Environment.
• Minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent.
